How do I provide the custom text for my awards?
You can enter your personalized text directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. For bulk orders with multiple different names, you can upload a spreadsheet during the checkout process.
What is the standard production time for custom trophies?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. High-volume or complex custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during the proofing stage.
Do you offer discounts for large organization or team orders?
Yes, we offer tiered volume pricing on the majority of our products. The more you buy, the more you save per unit. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders exceeding 100 units.
Can I see a proof of my design before it is engraved?
Digital proofs are available upon request for custom logo engravings and complex layouts. We want to ensure your recognition awards are perfect before they go into production.
What happens if my awards arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken or incorrectly engraved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you.
What shipping methods are available for deadline-sensitive events?
We offer several shipping tiers, including Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. We recommend selecting an expedited service if your ceremony or event is less than 7 business days away.
